Testimonials

"A few months ago I wrote two tips booklets: 92 Tips from a Seasoned Traveler: Planning and Packing and 118 Tips from a Seasoned Traveler: Enjoying your Trip. I am located in Atlanta, Georgia and contacted several local vendors to help me with the design and publishing of the booklets. I then contacted one of your graphic designers regarding booklet design and Jerry Kirkland about publishing the booklets. I got their names from your web-site. I was initially hesitant to use vendors located on the other side of the country from Atlanta. After comparing experience and prices I decided to use both your designer and printer and could not be happier with the end results. They both were very professional, knowledgeable and provided terrific customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for design and publishing services. I hope that I have the opportunity to work with them again.”

"We finally compiled and published a tips booklet and used your recommended vendors for cover design and printing. They both provided terrific service."

"With the draft of my tips booklet complete, I had two options:  design and pull it all together myself or not.  Wisely, I went with the “not” choice and, on Paulette’s advice, sought out the assistance of Victoria Vinton at Coyote Press.  Easily boggled by all things computer-related, I had questions right from the start. Victoria answered every one of them—not just on the phone but via email, too, so that I’d have a hard copy to refer to.  Patiently, Victoria walked me through the process, one step at a time, starting with the cover.  And when it came to making corrections, I could not have been in better or more uncomplaining hands.  We did it all by phone, with Victoria adjusting the text right there on the spot as I pointed out the changes to be made.  And we did this until I was finally satisfied that I’d found every last one of my errors. Victoria is extraordinary and people are raving about how good my booklet  and letterhead look."

"I've put Jerry Kirkland of Kirkland Offset Printing to the test as far as pricing goes and I haven't found anyone that could beat him. So, I have stayed with Jerry.  But, price isn't the only reason.  Jerry is trustworthy.  I've called several local printers in my area and they promised to send me quotes.  I never heard from them again.  That doesn't make me want to do business with them.  In fact, it makes me wonder how they can stay in business. Recently, Jerry emailed me and, at the end, he said that if I needed really large runs I should talk to you, Paulette, about doing a licensing deal.  He doesn't know I already have your licensing product.  But, he gave you a referral. It's nice he's doing these things for you, and it gives me a sense of comfort knowing he does because it means he's got integrity and he values your business.  If he values yours, he probably values mine too. "I have received the first printed copies of the Steps to Personal Power booklet from Jerry Kirkland.  I am SO pleased with it!  All of your recommended resources that I used are apparently top-notch!  Lynette Smith, Victoria Vinton, and Jerry Kirkland were all easy to work with and provided quality work.  I would certainly recommend them to others. Yesterday, I contracted with Brian Jud’s Premium Book Company for marketing the booklet.  And I am beginning to work on a CD and a journal/workbook version.  Victoria will do a product sheet for me either this month or next.  She also, of course, will do the CD and journal covers. I feel so fortunate that I met you and heard your presentation, and have followed your recommendations.  Thank you for your really helpful and inspiring work."
