"I've put Jerry Kirkland of Kirkland Offset Printing to the test as far as pricing goes and I haven't found anyone that could beat him. So, I have stayed with Jerry. But, price isn't the only reason. Jerry is trustworthy. I've called several local printers in my area and they promised to send me quotes. I never heard from them again. That doesn't make me want to do business with them. In fact, it makes me wonder how they can stay in business. Recently, Jerry emailed me and, at the end, he said that if I needed really large runs I should talk to you, Paulette, about doing a licensing deal. He doesn't know I already have your licensing product. But, he gave you a referral. It's nice he's doing these things for you, and it gives me a sense of comfort knowing he does because it means he's got integrity and he values your business.
